Shanghai Oriental Cable Network (OCN) has started trial testing for cable interactive TVs, reports Shanghai Morning Post quoting senior staff at OCN. The source said that OCN will partner with China Telecom (NYSE: CHA, 0728.HK) subsidiary Shanghai Telecom's IPTV division to build digital home entertainment and information platforms.
