Suntech to Supply Bangkok PV Farm

Suntech Power Holdings (NYSE:STP) has won a contract to supply 34.5MW of solar modules for the first phase of a 44MW solar power plant near Bangkok, Thailand, Suntech announced August 5. The plant will be integrated by Solartron Public (BAK:SOLAR) and owned and operated by Bangchak Petroleum Public (BAK:BCP).

The previous day Suntech said it will supply Indian solar power producer Azure Power with several megawatts of modules for various solar power plants in India.
