Sources: Comtec Solar to Raise $150m in Q4 IPO

Market sources say Comtec Solar Technology, a Shanghai-based solar silicon material manufacturer, plans to raise $100-150 million through a public offering launched in Hong Kong in the fourth quarter of 2009, reports infocastfn.com. The company will submit a listing application in August.

Comtec Solar produces 125mm and 156mm wafers and has a conversion rate of 17%.
