Perfect World (Nasdaq:PWRD) denied recently contacting anyone from Electronics Arts (Nasdaq:ERTS), Sina reported August 12 citing company President Zhu Qi. A rumor spread earlier in August that EA was negotiating an investment in Perfect World, causing a hike in the latter's stocks, according to the report.
