OCN Approaching 250K Broadband Users

Shanghai Oriental Cable Network (OCN) is approaching 250,000 individual broadband users over its network covering over 500 office buildings and hotels, reports Shanghai Youth Daily. OCN also broadcasts 61 analog cable channels and 41 paid digital TV channels now.
