NetEase Opens Online Air Ticketing Channel

NetEase (Nasdaq:NTES) has released an air ticket booking service at http://jipiao.163.com, TechWeb.com.cn reported January 4. The channel currently offers tickets on domestic routes, and will expand to international routes after the Chinese New Year (February 3-8), and will also release a version of its site for iPhone. The service will support payments by NetEase's online payment tool Epay, Alibaba Group's Alipay and via mobile phone recharge cards, the report said.
