Nanjing Broadcasting Network will offer its paid Digital TV (DTV) channels for free to its DTV users in Nanjing during the week of Chinese New Year (February 17 to February 24), reports Jiangnan Times. Nanjing DTV users will receive a total of 100 channels for free during that week.
