Huawei Welcomes Back Harbour Execs

Harbour Networks founder and president Li Yinan, a former Huawei VP, recently returned to Huawei as vice-president and chief scientist following Huawei's acquisition of Harbour Networks earlier this year, reports China Business News quoting an insider. The source said that Li is in charge of the strategy and marketing departments at Huawei. Harbour vice president Huang Yaoxu is also back at Huawei as integrated products and solutions department director. The report quoted an insider saying that Huawei senior vice president Guo Ping was named Huawei's vice chairman.
