China Retracts Blessing for Clean Tech Imports

The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has removed polysilicon and production technology for 2MW or larger wind turbines from its list of encouraged import goods, Solarbe.com reported September 1. The NDRC published its latest list of encouraged imports on August 31.
