Baidu to Launch Q&A Service

Baidu (Nasdaq:BIDU) plans to launch a Q&A service “Xinzhi” at xinzhi.baidu.com, TechWeb.com.cn reported on May 17 citing an unnamed source. The search company has bought the domain name of xinzhi.com, said the report.

Another Chinese Q&A site zhihu.com is currently under limited testing, while Shanda Interactive (Nasdaq:SNDA) is developing a similar product named “Mi Fan” (meaning “rice” in Chinese), according to the report.
