Agile Property (3383.HK) recorded contract sales of RMB 2.1 billion in April, after signing agreements to sell properties with a gross floor area of 210,000 sqm, guandian.cn reported May 10. The company's March sales stood at RMB 2.6 billion, or 210,000 sqm, the company had previously announced.

Between January and April, the company secured contracts worth a total of RMB 11.5 billion, marking an y-o-y increase of 53%, while sales by area expanded 27% annually to 930,000 sqm during the period, according to the report.

The company acquired three land parcels in Hainan Province in April for a total of RMB 140 million, the report said.
